The following rules apply to all visitors. By entering the premises you accept our visitor rules as well as all others taken to maintain operational safety on site. We ask that you behave appropriately and considerately for the duration of your visit. Our supervisory staff will be happy to assist you or answer any questions you may have during your visit. Instructions given by supervisory staff must be followed at all times. Skulpturenpark Waldfrieden reserves the right to issue additional or deviating instructions in individual cases regarding the regulation of museum operations. Visitors not respecting Skulpturenpark policies may be asked to leave.
Park grounds
- Neither animals nor bicycles may be brought into the park.
- We ask that you remain on footpaths and leave no litter.
- Picnicking, sunbathing and ball games are prohibited.
- Playing music or using audio playback devices is prohibited in the park, as are grilling, fires and fireworks.
- The operating of drones is not allowed in the park.
- Guardians are responsible for children and adolescents under their supervision and must accompany them at all times.
Artworks
- Do not touch artworks or display cases and do not use objects near the exhibits that could potentially damage exhibited works.
- Copyright for artworks on display belong solely to the artists who created them or their legal successors. The commercial use of reproductions of these works is forbidden without the expressed consent of the copyright holder.
Exhibition pavilions
- Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted in the exhibition pavilions.
- Maintain at least 60 centimeters distance to exhibited artworks.
Photography, film and audio recordings
- Non-commercial photography is permitted in the park.
- Prior consent is required for the use of flash, hand-held spots or tripods in order to protect artworks as well as in deference to other visitors.
- Prior permission and written consent are required for commercial or editorial photography, video or audio recordings. For permission, please contact our press representative Ruth Eising. Please respect the privacy rights of others when photographing.
